CoreFront provides engineering and technology services across IT infrastructure, physical security, broadcast engineering, and custom technical solutions. Our pricing approach is designed to be consistent, transparent, and applicable across all industries we support.
Project pricing is determined on a per-engagement basis and is documented in full within the accompanying project proposal pack. This pack includes a detailed breakdown of equipment, labour, integration, testing, commissioning, and any optional services, allowing clients to clearly understand the scope and associated costs before work begins.
We do not apply generic pricing models or bundled packages. Each proposal reflects the specific technical requirements, site conditions, system complexity, and operational considerations of the project in question. This ensures solutions are appropriately engineered and priced accordingly.
For reactive support, ad-hoc works, or services delivered outside of an agreed project scope, CoreFront operates standardised rates. Our standard call-out charge is £174.95, with engineering services thereafter charged at £79.95 per hour, per engineer. These rates are fixed and applied consistently. Where works require multiple engineers, extended attendance, or specialist skill sets, this is clearly defined within the proposal or agreed in advance prior to commencement. No chargeable work is undertaken without prior client approval.
Ongoing support and maintenance services are scoped and priced separately from installation projects. This allows clients to engage CoreFront on a basis that aligns with their operational and budgetary requirements.
All prices quoted by CoreFront are valid for a defined period, which is stated within the proposal documentation. Any assumptions, exclusions, or third-party dependencies are clearly identified to avoid ambiguity.
All prices stated by CoreFront, as of Q4 2025, include VAT as standard. CoreFront LTD is not VAT registered, and therefore no VAT is chargeable on invoices.
